Welcome to O3’s WorkforceOps platform! This guide will help you to get started using the system and, hopefully, answer frequently asked questions regarding PositionBidding™ and the one-day bid process. WorkforceOps is under active development so be sure to check back for new features and updates!

 

In this guide there are 8 Modules. Module 1 explains what PositionBidding™ is and then the training builds on itself allowing your level of understanding to expand as you complete each succeeding module. While Position Bidding is a straightforward concept, we intend to provide sufficient context to ensure you are successful.

• Explore available postings in PositionBidding™.

• Bid on a posting.

• When extended, review, accept or reject position offers.
