PositionBidding™ is a web-based application that makes it easy for staff members to view and bid on open positions. With PositionBidding™, you can:

View your current role

Explore other position opportunities

Bid on a new position

Express continued interest in your bid

Accept or reject the position if offered
To get started, you can follow the quick and extensive training that we have created.
As a staff member, you can also do the following in PositionBidding™:

Review your employee information, such as seniority date and current positions

View current and future position opportunities that are available to you

Bid on positions (using a one-day bid process)

Indicate continued interest in positions you have bid on

Accept or reject offers for positions you "win"
2. Why is Kaiser Adopting this New Software?
Kaiser's Workforce Strategy Team identified the several pain points for staff related to the administration of the 1-day bid process. This new software platform is expected to help in the following ways:

Improved Access - Employees will have access to see postings and bid at their convenience.

Improved Transparency - Employees will now have a system of record for the bidding process.

Consistency - The bidding process will now be administered via technology for improved consistency.
